As mentioned in the last update, we saw the prototype and it was beautiful. We saw a few tweaks that needed to be made, however. At this point, we really don't want to cut corners so close to the finish line.
We got the new version submitted early last week and are waiting for the next prototype. We're hoping we can give it a full approval and get into full printing mode.
In other news, if anyone is going to Carnage Con in Vermont at the end of October, I'll actually be running The Fantasy Grind there! I'm hoping to have a physical copy by that point, but either way, there will be some Hex Crawling goodness.
Thanks again for your patience, folks! I'll keep you posted as we draw ever nearer to fulfillment.

Hey, folks! Just a quick update -
Last week, we saw the first prototype. The good news - I loved how the book looked in it's physical form. It got me super excited to hold it in my hands. The bad news - we need to make some tweaks. The physical version has some issues. None of them are major, but we're currently poking around in the files so we can get prototype #2. We'll keep you updated as it goes!

Hey, folks! Quick check in. No new news on the physical version - they're working on it. I did just send out a new PDF today. We caught a few errors and I hyperlinked and bookmarked the crap out of it. It's also compressed so it loads a lot quicker now.

We're currently working with our manufacturer on the physical version to make it as pretty as we can. Once we have date estimates for the physical copies, I'll let you know.
This PDF has been through mutliple rounds of proofing with different editors. That said, if you catch anything that's weird, we can still get it fixed before we go to print. Reach out to [email protected] and let me know.
This is such a huge hurdle that's overcome. I can't express how excited I am and how thankful I am for your patience.

Hey, guess what?? We have a PDF! It's not ready for y'all yet - we're sending it back to one of our editors to give it a final pass over the next week to make sure nothing get messed up in the layout, but after that? We're going to print! We're so close!
As I've said numerous times, thanks so much for your patience and flexibility, folks. I believe this is our first Kickstarter we've been late on and I take full responsibility for that. That said, I really think it's rad and there is SO much game time packed in this thing. It's a hell of a campaign and toolkit.
I'm pretty sure the next time I post an update, the PDF will be out in the world and we'll be sending the book to print. I can't wait to get it in the mail and into your hands.
